It covers this corporate website only. It does not describe Modo Mortgages or any future service. Those services, where they exist, need their own notices.

The partnership and contact forms ask for:

• Email address
• Company, where provided
• Role, where provided
• Organisation type, where provided
• The message you write
• Confirmation that you have read this notice

What the website does with that information

If an enquiry endpoint has been configured, the site sends the form contents to that endpoint. If it has not, the site checks the form and then stops. In that development state the enquiry is not sent and is not stored by this website.

How long a configured endpoint keeps an enquiry, and who can see it, must be described once that service is in place. This draft does not invent a retention period.

Storage in your browser

The site can save a theme preference in local storage. If analytics is configured, a separate consent choice can also be saved in local storage. These are not used to build a marketing profile.
