01

From documents to structured information

Much of the work begins as documents and messages. The platform approach is to read that material into structured fields, so later steps use the same information instead of asking for it again.

02

From manual processes to connected workflows

Once information is structured, a workflow can carry it through the steps a service needs: what is complete, what is missing, and what should happen next. The aim is one trail of the work, rather than a chain of separate updates.

03

Integrations and reusable capabilities

Services such as Modo Mortgages should be able to reuse platform capabilities instead of each product rebuilding them. Specific integrations would be agreed where a partnership needs them. This site does not publish a list of live connectors.

04

Security, permissions, auditability and human oversight

The intended design limits who can see a case, records meaningful changes, and keeps a person able to review automated steps. Those are requirements for the platform. This page does not claim that a particular certification is held.

Internal architecture is intentionally not published here. Where a capability is still being built, it is described as intended rather than as something already in operation.
